• Application:
Fluidfrac hose is either installed between wellhead & diverter skid,or between fracking unit & manifold,pumping fluid containing fracturing sand & acid into well at high velocity,which causes crack to rocks in reservoir.Cracks keep open with support from proppant thus make improved access for oil and gas flow in a long period of time.

• Hose structure:
(a)lnner Liner : Black synthetic rubber polymer of abrasio,acid corrosion and oil resistance；
(b)Inner wearing indication: White color anti-abrasive rubber layer,
(c)Pressure contain reinforcement: High strength steel cables;
(d)Fire resistance: Glass fibre layers;
(e)Outer wearing indication: Red color anti-abrasive rubber layer;
(f)Cover: Fire retardant Neoprene rubber, resistant to ageing, abrasion, weathering,ozone;
(g)Outer Sheath: Plastic spiral guard or stainless steel interlock outer wrap available upon request;
(h)End connection: High strength alloy steel materials; connection types of flange,hammer union, APl6A hub, grayloc hub, etc.,whichever upon request;

•Fluid to be transferred: Fracturing fluid,fracturing sand,HCL,liquid CO₂  and etc.;
•Temperature range: -35℃~100℃
