Application

This API17K offshore production jumper hose is designed for transfer of crude oil, sour live crude oil,produced water, and also for gas injection, gas lift, gas export, FSRU high pressure export.

Hose Structure:

• Bore type: smooth or rough bore designed upon application

• Liner: specialized polymer or synthetic rubber

• Breaker layers: high tensile textile plies

• Reinforcement: high strength steel cables

• Fire-resistance layers: glass fiber fabric layer for flame resistance and thermal insulation

• Outer Cover: Neoprene-based synthetic rubber, flame retardant, resistance to abrasion, oil , ozone/UV ageing, and marine environment

Optional element:

• External armor/protection: stainless steel strip-wound , or helix steel wire, or polyethylene spiral guard, or other alternatives may be available upon request

Technical specifications:

• Temperature range: tailor designed for each project

• H₂S service: max H2S content at 60°C 3000 ppm or 15 psi whichever greater

                       max H2S content at 90°C 1000 ppm or 5 psi whichever greater

• Maximum continuous length: 2”-8” 100M;  0”-16” 60M

• Minimum Bend Radius: measured at hose centerline
